We have specialized in co-op to condominium conversion since 1992. We bring the legal, financial and administrative work together with shareholder education, carrying a conversion from its first study through deed delivery.

A practice built through completed conversions.

Our work began in New Jersey and grew through communities across the country. Each conversion brought a different building, a different set of finances and owners with their own questions.
